Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned without prior authorization
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size received
- Defective items
- Incorrect products shipped
If you need a different size or item, contact our support team before returning the product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vesuvio is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters production or shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank.
